Frozen Buttermilk Biscuits to take & bake in your own oven fresh for your Thanksgiving table. Biscuits come in a round tin filled with 6 medium sized biscuits.

We cannot hold biscuits (we do not have the space) and we do not offer refunds if you do not pickup during your designated time. Please make sure to write down your pickup time as this order page is your confirmation!

Ingredients: white lily all purpose flour, kosher salt, baking powder, baking soda, plugra unsalted butter, whole buttermilk, heavy cream

Instructions for Baking:

  1. pull straight from freezer, do not thaw! It is best to remove from aluminum packaging and separate onto a baking sheet so the sides get baked properly

  2. brush tops of biscuits with melted butter

  3. bake biscuits at 375 for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. ROTATE sheet tray 10 minutes in!

  4. CONVECTION FAN IS PREFERRED PARTICULARLY FOR FIRST 10 MINUTES! AVOID OPENING THE DOOR FOR FIRST 10 MINUTES

    *If biscuits are browning quickly, turn your oven down 10-15 degrees- your oven runs hot! biscuit/pastry baking is a great time to invest in an oven thermometer!!!
