Colette is a small neighborhood bakery srving the Poncey Highland Community and beyond with naturally fermented breads, small batch pastry, and the occasional baking class!

Please note that Colette operate as both a wholesale bakery and a retail bakery, open to the public Tuesday- Sunday 8am-2pm.

With this model in mind, we sometimes have less of a certain item on certain days. We also don’t carry every item on our menu every single day!

We have started hosting cooking and baking classes and events in the space during the evenings. We try to update our class listings each week but we do not currently have a day or date we post them. Instagram is the best way to stay current when classes get offered!
